1. Who operates nexusAd

nexusAd is currently operated by Audrius Dobilinskas in Lithuania.

2. What nexusAd does

nexusAd is a reporting and insights platform that helps users connect marketing data sources, configure workspace-level reporting sources, and generate reports, summaries, and related insights.

3. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

a) Account and contact information

• your name
• your email address
• login and account identifiers
• workspace or organization name

b) Connected account data

If you connect Google services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, or other supported Google data sources, we may collect and process:

• OAuth tokens and related authentication data
• connected account identifiers
• account metadata necessary to maintain the connection
• selected source configuration and related account, property, or customer information
• reporting data retrieved from connected accounts

c) Usage and technical information

• log data
• browser and device information
• IP address
• pages visited
• activity related to using the application
• error and diagnostic information

d) User-provided content

We may collect information that you enter into the product, such as workspace names, report settings, or other configuration details.

e) Authentication and session information

We may collect or process authentication, session, and security-related information needed to keep users signed in, protect accounts, and operate the service securely.

4. How we use information

We use personal data and connected account data to:

• provide, operate, and maintain nexusAd
• authenticate users and secure accounts
• enable connected data source functionality
• retrieve reporting data from authorized connected accounts
• generate reports, summaries, and insights
• maintain saved workspace-level source selections and connection settings
• improve performance, reliability, and usability
• communicate with users about support, service issues, and important updates
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

5. Google user data and connected Google services

If you choose to connect a Google account, you authorize nexusAd to access the data you approve through Google’s OAuth flow.

We use Google-accessed data only to provide and improve the features you request within nexusAd, such as:

• connecting a Google data source
• retrieving reporting data
• displaying reports, dashboards, and summaries
• maintaining the connection for future authorized use

For Google Ads specifically, nexusAd uses Google Ads API access on a read-only basis to retrieve performance data such as impressions, clicks, conversions, cost, and related reporting metrics for authorized accounts and selected workspace reporting sources.

nexusAd does not use Google Ads API access to create, edit, pause, resume, or otherwise modify campaigns, budgets, bids, ads, keywords, targeting, or other account settings through the product.

We do not sell Google user data.

We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising purposes.

We do not share Google user data with third parties except:

• with service providers acting on our behalf and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations,
• as necessary to provide the service you request,
• or where required by law.

6. Legal basis for processing

Depending on where you are located and the nature of the processing, we may rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

• your consent
• performance of a contract with you
• our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving nexusAd
• compliance with legal obligations

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share information:

• with service providers who help us operate nexusAd, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, infrastructure, and support providers
• when required by law or valid legal process
• to protect the rights, security, and integrity of nexusAd, our users, or others
• as part of a business transfer, such as a sale, merger, or reorganization

8. Data retention

We retain personal data and connected account data only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• provide the service
• maintain account functionality
• comply with legal obligations
• resolve disputes
• enforce agreements

If you disconnect an integration or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize applicable data within a reasonable period, unless we must retain certain data for legal, security, fraud-prevention, operational, or legitimate business reasons.

9. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International data transfers

If you use nexusAd from outside the country where our systems or service providers operate, your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries. Where required, we will take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• access your personal data
• correct inaccurate data
• request deletion
• object to or restrict certain processing
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• request a copy of your data, where applicable

12. Disconnecting Google integrations

You may stop future access to a connected Google account by disconnecting the integration in nexusAd or by revoking access through your Google account permissions, where applicable.

Disconnecting an integration may prevent nexusAd from updating related reports, summaries, or connected features.

When a Google integration is disconnected, nexusAd will stop future authorized access to that connected account. Existing stored settings, cached reporting outputs, or previously generated reports may remain until deleted, overwritten, or removed according to our retention practices and product behavior.

13. Data deletion and account deletion

You may request deletion of your nexusAd account and associated personal data by contacting hello@nexusad.com.

You may also disconnect connected Google integrations at any time from the Data Sources page in nexusAd, which will stop future access to the connected account. You may also revoke access directly through your Google account permissions.

When we receive a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data and connected account data within a reasonable period, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Some data may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or internal records for a limited period where reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational purposes.

14. Children

nexusAd is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
