Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You may use nexusAd only if you can form a legally binding agreement under applicable law.

2. The service

nexusAd is a reporting and insights platform that allows users to connect supported data sources, configure reporting sources, and generate reports, summaries, and related outputs.

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Accounts

To use some features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate information
• keep your login credentials secure
• be responsible for activity under your account
• notify us promptly of unauthorized use or security issues

4. Connected third-party services

nexusAd may allow you to connect third-party services, including Google services, through OAuth or similar authorization methods.

By connecting a third-party account, you represent that:

• you are authorized to connect that account
• you have the right to allow nexusAd to access the approved data
• you will use the service in compliance with applicable third-party terms and applicable law

Where nexusAd supports Google Ads connectivity, the service is intended to use Google Ads access for reporting and account-selection purposes within the product experience. nexusAd is not intended to provide campaign management, bid management, budget management, or other account-editing functionality through the current Google Ads integration unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product.

We are not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, data accuracy, API behavior, or changes they make to their platforms, terms, or policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use nexusAd for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes
• interfere with or disrupt the service
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the service in an unauthorized way
• use the service in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable terms

6. Your data

You retain rights in the data you provide to nexusAd, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and use your data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve nexusAd and related features.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

nexusAd, including its software, branding, design, content, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of nexusAd or its underlying software.

9. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

10. No warranty

nexusAd is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

11. Reporting and informational use

Reports, summaries, insights, and other outputs generated by nexusAd are provided for general informational purposes only.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making your own business, marketing, legal, tax, financial, and operational decisions.

Third-party platform data, including data retrieved from Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, or other connected services, may be delayed, incomplete, changed by the source platform, or unavailable from time to time. nexusAd is not responsible for decisions made based on third-party data, derived summaries, or reporting outputs.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to nexusAd.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to nexusAd will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, a reasonable nominal amount.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Audrius Dobilinskas from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

• your use of nexusAd
• your data
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of applicable law or third-party rights

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• you violate these Terms
• your use creates security, legal, or operational risk
• required third-party services become unavailable
• we discontinue the service

You may stop using nexusAd at any time.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of nexusAd after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
